Day 4 - Boulder Creek and Big Basin State Park

Isaac: We made a visit to Dad's elementary school in Boulder Creek. It was pretty cool since the doors were outside. No hallways! Dad always liked to play 2-square so he showed us where it was on the playground. The school looked like a fun place to be a student. This is a picture of Dad's kindergarten door.

Andrew: This is Big Basin State Park. This is a hollow Redwood tree that is still alive. You could stand inside and when you look up you see the sky. There were two huge trees- the mother and father of the forest. Pretty crazy! Walking through the forest smelled so good and was so quiet. I've never seen a Redwood tree before today. First time experience for us!
